This is the web site of The Write Direction. Our postal address is P.O. Box 608, Hanalei, HI 96714. You may reach us via e-mail at debra@writedirection.com or by telephone at 808-826-1846.

The Write Direction collects the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail and information volunteered by you such as survey information and/or site registrations, and name & address info for those who request a brochure or want a Web consultation (in which case we collect URLs as well).

As a service of our host provider, we can also collect aggregate information on what parts of the country consumers are from,  the host names from which their link to The Write Direction's site originated, and the browser they used.

The information collected is used to notify you about updates to our Web site (such as the latest FREE How-To Report),  to contact  you for marketing purposes and to fulfill your requests for information. It is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.
